For our clients’ protection, Chrono Shop  first confirms that it is able to fulfill the order as received after processing the order and payment.  If a client wishes to cancel an order after it has been confirmed but before it has been shipped, we will work in good faith to attempt to cancel the order. However, in some cases, it may not be possible to cancel the order. A penalty fee  may be applied if commitments were made to other companies or dealers to fulfill the order. Once an order is fulfilled , the order may not be cancelled and the return policy applicable to that merchandise will be in effect.
